Frequently Asked Questions
Are you an Agency or a Registry?
Fully licensed home care agency. Our caregivers are direct employees of our agency, not independent contractors. This allows us to thoroughly screen and background check every caregiver, provide proper training, and maintain consistent oversight of care. It also means our caregivers are fully insured under our agency, giving families added protection and peace of mind.
Will my loved one lose their independence?
Not at all. Our care is designed to support independence, not replace it. We step in where help is needed while encouraging your loved one to remain as active and involved in their daily routine as possible.
Is there a minimum number of hours?
We offer flexible care based on your needs. Whether you need a few hours of support or more consistent daily care, we can create a plan that fits your situation..
How quickly can services begin?
In many cases, care can begin quickly once we complete a brief assessment and develop a care plan. For urgent situations, we do our best to move fast so your loved one is supported as soon as possible.
What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve families throughout the Treasure Coast and North Plam Beach; including Port St. Lucie, Fort Pierce, Stuart, Jensen Beach, Palm City, Vero Beach and surrounding communities.
How much does home care cost?
Costs depend on the level of care, schedule, and specific needs of your loved one. We provide clear, upfront information after an assessment so families understand exactly what to expect before care begins.
How do I pay for services?
We accept a variety of payment options to help make care more accessible for families. This includes private pay, long-term care insurance, and certain veterans’ benefits.
If you’re unsure whether care is affordable or if your benefits may cover our services, we encourage you to reach out. We’re happy to walk you through your options and help you understand what may be available. Our goal is to make sure every person has access to the care they need and deserve.
